I love paneer. Paneer with Peas – Muttar Paneer is one of my favourite ways to eat paneer. I also love to make my own paneer mainly because despite how easy it is to make, I feel really clever when I do it. I prefer this curry dry but you can also make it more like a soupy curry by adding more water.
Thai red chicken and coconut soup is fragrant, fiery and fierce! It is a favourite soup in our household. The red thai curry paste in this soup is by Blue Dragon and I would highly recommend it. We actually got our samples from a food show and they have been very handy indeed.
Aah boiled egg curry makes me reminisce about being at home. I love eggs and to pop them into a curry is pure genius in my world. 🙂 This curry amongst others was a staple in our house and one i looked forward to a lot.
Chicken tikka masala is a recipe most people know. The whole British vs Indian debate about who actually came up with the recipe isn’t one I know much about. All I know is that it is delicious. I don’t add mango chutney myself but feel free to add it in with the tomato, if you like.
A refreshing avocado shake/smoothie makes the perfect start to the day. Avocados are incredibly nutritious and they contain Vitamin K, Folate, Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E and small amounts of Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin) and B3 (Niacin).
