I am of the opinion that once you have Labneh, you can become addicted to it. Thats why I put it on everything. This Smashed sweet potato with Labneh is a favourite of mine. I sometimes make my own Labneh but not all the time. Granted it is better to make it yourself every time but I don’t always have the time to wait. You could always use Burrata or Mozzarella instead too and add a little seasoning to it.
Brussel Sprouts have a terrible reputation but actually I think if you get the method right, they can be pretty good. Also they are pretty good for you so I thought why not share this post for cooking brussel sprouts three ways. Tis the season and all that. My absolute fave has to be the dry fried indian version. My husband doesn’t do brussel sprouts and I would love to lie and say he gobbled these up but no, he just doesn’t like sprouts and that totally didn’t happen. People like what they like. I can’t change his taste buds.
