This turkish chicken salad is my favourite chicken salad. It has has all the flavours you would expect in a turkish salad with the pomegranate molasses and sumac chicken and it is served atop a smooth hummus with cucumbers, tomatoes and juicy pomegranate seeds. What’s not to like?
The tandoori chicken salad is paired with red onion pickle, a tomato chutney and mango. You have to try this combination. Even if you are not a fan of tandoori chicken (like the hubby), when you have it with the pickled red onion, the sweet mango and the tomato chutney it.is.divine.
These fluffy gluten free gingerbread pancakes are delightfully airy, sweet and cocunutey (i know it’s not a word but i like it). They are also light, cute and delicious and full of all the yummy flavours you would expect in gingerbread (minus the calories – you know the treacle and golden syrup). They just remind me of Autumn! I make these pancakes fairly small because I find that they hold better. The tapioca flour really helps with that! Today my post is slightly long and i have really gone off all over the place.
