I make this date, peanut butter and banana smoothie all the time. Why? Because It is energy boosting, filling and delicious. I add some full bananas in sometimes and more oats. This makes it a little thicker and i then eat it with a spoon.
I have only starting making Nabeez recently after reading a lovely message about its benefits. This is a prophetic drink and as such i knew it would hold some benefit to me. However that didn’t mean i was looking forward to trying it! I imagined that it would be really ‘bitty’.

As i write this, i am wondering if it’s a good idea to mention that today is one of the hottest days ever and i am sweating my face off. I was never a soup person but all that changed about three years ago. My husband loves soup and we now go through months of having soup every afternoon. Of all the soups i make, this ranks second for him. His first love is this french onion soup. For me, this chicken and sweetcorn soup ranks first. I add a lot of chillies in this soup because that is how i love it. Please feel to reduce the chillies though!
These oats with baked pineapples are my favourite way to have oats. They are just a little bit in front of these Baked banana oats. I love them because they combine flavours I love; honey, lime and pineapple. The chocolate I add to these oats is this lime intense one. It is delicious. These oats make my mornings more bearable on some days! You know those days where you just want to crawl back under the covers but then you realise you can’t… yeah those ones. Also hello? Walnuts! Brain power food. Trust me, on some mornings we all need some of that. I do sometimes add pecans too but most of the time i stick with walnuts.
