This recipe is as easy as it gets and therefore ideal (with assistance) to make with kids. A holiday activity if you will. You can add anything to it really, including your kids favourite treats. What i’m saying is, you can’t really go wrong. I opted for grown up toppings when I made this,because we were at my mum’s and she was giving my kids WHATEVER they wanted anyway.
Crustless Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie
This crustless gluten free pumpkin pie is delicious. Why gluten free you may ask? Well, I have been asked by my doc in alternative therapy to cut back on my gluten and dairy intake so I have adjusted my diet accordingly. I am not completely gluten free, so I can have pumpkin pie with a crust too but I try to avoid gluten where i can and I want the blog to reflect that.
Fudgy Avocado Brownies
These fudgy avocado brownies are one of the most requested recipes in my household. By my son mostly. My daughter will eat anything so I could put anything in front of her and she will be fine. They are fudgy like normal brownies, chocolatey rich and soooo good. I’ll tell you a secret. I was never into brownies. I hated them. Until i started making them at home and realised that really these things are pretty adaptable! I love trying different variations. Needless to say, I love them a lot more now. 🙂 Here is another avocado brownie recipe that I love. It is not healthy. It is from a different time. It is definitely a cheat day recipe! I apologise for the photos here, this recipe was supposed to go up a long time ago and we weren’t great at the whole picture taking thing.
Spelt, white chocolate and cranberry cookies
These spelt, white chocolate and cranberry cookies are a bit of a revelation to me. I wasn’t expecting to like them. I was literally just making the recipe up as I went along and praying it would work! They turned out so great, that even my kids LOVED them.
