Homemade Cajun Seasoning

Who doesn’t love cajun anything? Cajun chicken for example is delicious. That is why homemade cajun seasoning is so awesome. It is seasoning/spice blend that you will use over and over again.

I’m a big fan of making your own spice blends and as such, I have a number of recipes coming for various spice blends/seasonings. They are pretty easy to put together and inexpensive too.

Don’t you just hate it when you wake up tired?! SO annoying. I just can’t get to sleep for some reason and NO I am not holding onto my phone at night. I was going to put some essential oils on my feet and pillow to get me to the land of nod, but I couldn’t be asked to go downstairs. (I don’t know why I haven’t moved them upstairs to be honest..mental note to move them asap).

My daughter has been a little under the weather for the last couple of days. She has been very patient about it, bless her. I really hold back from giving medicines to the kids as much as possible. I prefer to give the natural stuff. Honey, lemon water..that kinda thing. I am also going to make Lozenges today which I am sure she will love. My little doll (she hates being called a princess/doll so i have to say it behind her back..HA) is currently in bed, spread out like a huge star. Basically, doing what I wish i was doing right about now. All this adulting business isn’t for me. Take me back to the toddler days. So much more fun. Toddlers make the best negotiators too. They don’t cave in easily. They stand their ground. They aren’t into giving up. See i want to be a toddler again. OK, I think i am getting carried away..

If I was a toddler, I would never need to worry about spice blends or homemade cajun seasoning..hmmmm. Can one pray about these things? (Just joking bruv..please don’t come at me now).
