This is the salad Kim Kardashian ate every day for a full year.. apparently – The now famous Kardashian salad from Health Nut in Woodlands Hill, Calif. Made using shredded chicken, romaine and iceberg lettuce, shredded mozzarella, tomatoes, sprouts, and sunflower seeds.
There are minor differences between each of the salads hence the picture looks exactly the same as another on the blog. This is slightly adjusted and different to the Khloe version here. One of the main difference is that this one has an Italian dressing.
‘While Kim prefers her salad as it comes on the menu, Khloé steps hers up a notch by subbing in organic chicken and adding avocado. With Kylie’s modifications (no mozzarella cheese, no tomatoes, and added shredded chicken) this salad was essentially identical to the Chinese Chicken salad. Except with cucumbers and sunflower seeds instead of noodles and pickled ginger. Also the Health Nut dressing instead of the sesame dressing. The Chef salad includes sliced turkey breast, shredded mozzarella, tomatoes, sprouts and sunflower seeds. However, Kourtney orders hers without cheese, tomatoes or sprouts.’ www.People.com

One of you asked I would be able to recreate the famous Kardashian Salad. I believe they eat it regularly on their show – Keeping up with the Kardashians.
I saw that both Glamour and People Mag have recreated the salad and my version of that recipe is the one you see here.
It was absolutely delicious and a salad that I think I can imagine eating every day. My husband also agreed with that. I made a quick and easy basic italian dressing to go with the salad and it was divine. That.is.all.
Kardashian Chicken Salad (Health Nut CopyCat)
Kardashian Chicken Salad (Health Nut CopyCat) - The now famous Kardashian salad from Health Nut in Woodlands Hill, Calif is made using shredded chicken, romaine and iceberg lettuce, shredded mozzarella, tomatoes, sprouts, and sunflower seeds.
- 2 small Chicken Breasts or boneless thighs Poached and shredded
- Large Handful Chopped Romaine and Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 Avocado Sliced finely
- 1 large Carrot Grated
- 10 Baby Plum Tomatoes or Roma Tomatoes Sliced
- 4 tbsp Mozarella shredded
- 2 tbsp Toasted Sunflower Seeds
- Salt and Pepper
Quick Pickled Ginger
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Water
Easy Italian Dressing
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice of
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs (Dry)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Rice Noodles Pre Fried and drained (Optional)
Nuts and Seeds
- 2 tbsp Mixed roast nuts and seeds Optional
Combine all the ingredients for the salad in 2 medium sized bowls.
Pickled Ginger (Optional)
Combine all the ingredients for the pickled ginger in a small bowl and set aside for 15 minutes.
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the chicken, pickled ginger, dressing, nuts and seeds and noodles to the salad and enjoy!
