Pizza Hut Hot Cookie Dough Copycat
OK, first things first. Recently we released a post that was named ‘cookie dough’ but perhaps was better described as a deep pan cookie. We ate it directly from the cast iron pan it was made in and whilst hot, it was gooey and rich and amazing. Whilst everyone who contacted us loved the recipe, some of you didn’t have a cast iron pan. So i practiced and finally came up with this recipe for a Pizza Hut Hot Cookie Dough Copy Cat.
So this cookie dough is a basic cookie dough recipe which is adaptable to your taste. Want a salted caramel version?Add caramel pieces instead and add some caramel over the top. If you prefer white chocolate, add that instead and perhaps add a cranberry/raspberry sauce on top. Basically, add whatever your heart desires.
We are due at the London Halal Food Festival this week which we are ambassadors for. We are really excited and looking forward to the trip. Also looking forward to catching up with family and taking the kids out. One of my sisters will also be there. WOO! So i get to see my nieces too.
Not long after we return, i start my course! It is a course on traditional medicine or Unani TIbb which i touched on in a previous post. I am a great believer in using food as medicine and also believe that it will really help us as a family to make better choices. As i have mentioned before, there is far too much conflicting information in the world of food. I do believe that we are aware of what is good for us but i also believe that there is always more to learn. I have also always had a keen interest in the human body and medicine, so naturally this course really appealed to me. Yes I know, this isn’t the right post to talk about health!
Anyhow, enough of my blabbering..here is that recipe.
