So I was asked by a reader to post a recipe for Salmon and I thought hmm.. why have I never posted this recipe before?! I mean its yummy and this is an easy recipe to put together. Did i just forget? Not sure why, because this is a recipe that my whole family loves. It is also a great dish to make for meal prep!

This recipe is all about that sticky, sweet and spicy sauce made with ingredients you most likely have in your kitchen/pantry/store room. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. I serve it with Asparagus but you can serve it with any vegetables you like.

So today I am fasting again and I am actually enjoying it. Although I am yet to cook for the family, at which point I may get insanely jealous. Yesterday I had a really random emotional day. I bawled my eyes out for absolutely no reason at all. I hope other people do this too and I don’t come across too weird. I was feeling pretty down and then I decided that the best course of action was to pray..and lo and behold, everything just seemed so much better afterwards.

In other news, I still can’t move my neck and the decluttering is down to one room. Only the kitchen to go! WOOOOOOOO
