Ingredients
  

  • 45 grams Oats
  • 125 ml Milk of your choice
  • 95 grams Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 small Apple sliced finely
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Toast the oats in a dry pan over low heat for 5 - 10 minutes. (This is optional!).
     Combine the Oats, half the milk, yoghurt, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sea salt and maple syrup in a small jar and mix using a spoon.
  • Leave overnight in the fridge.
  • In the morning, add the remaining milk and apple. 
    I prefer to add the milk and heat for 1 minute in the microwave before adding the apple.
