Roasted Spiced Almonds

Crunchy roasted spiced almonds with hints of chili and zesty lemon, cumin, coriander, garlic and ginger – these are unbelievably addictive! They are also quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 220 grams Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to Gas Mark 4 and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Mix all ingredients almonds in a medium bowl until well combined.
  • Spread out evenly on baking tray in one layer and then bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
  • Leave to cool on tray and then eat.
  • Store in an air tight container.

Notes

These nuts are equally delicious with just the lemon, oil and salt too!
