Roasted Spiced Almonds
Crunchy roasted spiced almonds with hints of chili and zesty lemon, cumin, coriander, garlic and ginger – these are unbelievably addictive! They are also quick and easy to make.

Instructions
Preheat oven to Gas Mark 4 and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix all ingredients almonds in a medium bowl until well combined.
Spread out evenly on baking tray in one layer and then bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
Leave to cool on tray and then eat.
Store in an air tight container.
Notes
These nuts are equally delicious with just the lemon, oil and salt too!
