Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams Oats
  • 375 ml Water or Milk of your Choice
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Pears Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 10 - 15 Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water/milk to a boil in a small pot/pan. Once boiling stir in the salt, oats and cinnamon. Turn the heat to low and and cook for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the oats are tender. Stir in the maple syrup.
  • Meanwhile melt the butter and  honey or maple syrup in a pan and add the pears. Cover the pan and cook over a medium/low heat for about 10 minutes (this depends on how ripe they are) until almost tender.  Keep an eye on them to make sure they aren't catching.
  • Divide the oats between 2 bowls and add the pears and blueberries. Serve warm
