Basmati Rice

a2 Milk™
Pinch
Saffron strands
1/2
tsp
Ground Cardamom
1-2
tbsp
Honey

tbsp
Pistachios
crushed
Instructions
Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes, then wash and drain. Grind in a blender.
Pour the milk into a medium sized pot over high heat and bring to the boil.
Add the ground rice and stir continuously. Continue to simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in the honey and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Add the cardamom powder and saffron. Mix well and divide between bowls. Top with Pistachio crumb.
