Ingredients
  

Porridge

  • 100 grams Oats
  • 250 ml Water or Milk
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup

Topping

  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 4-5 pieces Pineapple Cubed
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut

Instructions
 

Porridge

  • Add the oats, milk/water and salt to a pan and heat over high heat for 5 - 8 minutes or until thickened and cooked. Stir in the honey/maple syrup.

Pineapple

  • Add the sugar to a small plate and dip the pineapple in it, making sure it is coated evenly. Add 1 tsp butter to a pan over a low heat. Once melted add the pineapple. Cook for 2 minutes each side.

Coconut

  • In a small dry pan, add the coconut and cook for 1 - 2 minutes stirring occasionally. 

Assembly

  • Add the porridge to a bowl and top with the pineapple and desiccated coconut. 

Notes

You may need to add more water/milk to the pan of oats. It depends on the milk/oats. Sometimes i use up to 500ml.
