Season the chicken, then melt the butter in an oven proof pot over medium/high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4 minutes each side, then set aside.
In the same pot, add the garlic, stock, smoke paprika, thyme, oregano and creme fraiche. Bring to the boil, then simmer and add the lemon and parmesan.
Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6, 400 degrees. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until cooked.
