Add the onion and sweet potato to the bottom of the tray, drizzle over a little oil and season.
In a large bowl combine the chicken garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, vinegar, chilli flakes, black pepper and sesame oil. Make sure everything is coated properly!
Bake the chicken for 30 minutes and then turn. Bake for a further 20 minutes.
Remove tray from the oven and stir,then sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
