Indian Spices Prawn Skewers

Delicious marinated and grilled Indian spiced prawn skewers. This is a super easy recipe and the combination of the prawns, aromatic smoky spices, the warming chilli and sour zest of the lemon makes a pretty perfect dish. The balance of all these taste sensations delivers the most divine flavour.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Prawns Cleaned, Shelled, Tails kept on
  • Bamboo Skewers Pre soaked for 45 minutes
  • 100 g Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1/2 inch Ginger crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp Dreid Fenugreek
  • Salt
  • Oil To baste

Instructions
 

  • Marinade the prawns in all the ingredients above for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill. Thread the prawns onto skewers and grill for 5 - 6 mins, making sure you baste in between.
