Put all the ingredients for the doughnuts into a blender and blend on medium low for 1 minute or till combined,
Using a tablespoon, spoon equal amounts of mixture into the doughnut baking/silicone tray.
Bake for 10 minutes and remove from the oven.
Meanwhile melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil by breaking the chocolate into a glass bowl with the oil and placing the bowl over a pan of water. (Make sure the water is not touching the bowl!).
Remove the doughnuts from the oven, allow to cool for 10 minutes and pour the glaze over the top of the doughnuts.
