5 Make Ahead Freezer Smoothie Packs for Busy Mornings

Ingredients
  

Strawberries and Cream

  • 1 cup sliced Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Chocolate, Date, Peanut Butter and Banana

  • 1 ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 2 medjool dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Pina Colada

  • 1 ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup desiccated unsweetened coconut

Acai and Berry

  • 1 frozen acai packet I get mine from Tesco
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • Handful Spinach Optional

Gloriously Green

  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup peeled and cubed pineapple
  • 1 Kiwi Sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 Orange peeled and cut into segments
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

  • Label your freezer bags.
  • Fill each bag with all the smoothie ingredients. Seal each bag and make sure you have gotten all the air out of it. Pop into the freezer.
  • To make each smoothie, add the contents of the smoothie bag to a blender, then add 1 cup of milk of your choice. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if necessary.
