A delicious Chilli Cheese Toast Recipe for a quick and easy lunch or snack. This is a popular Indian recipe for Cheese on Toast and it will be ready to eat in 5 minutes.
Finely slice (Optional) Coriander, Garlic and Chilli. Combine with 2 tbsp butter and seasoning in a bowl.
Mix in the Cheese.
Butter bread on both sides and place onto an oven tray.
Spread cheese mixture onto bread. You can do this on one or both sides. If doing it one both sides, do 1/2 mixture now, flip then add more mixture and continue to gtill.
Add more Cheese, if you like. Grill or pan fry for 3 - 4 minutes.

Variations
Toastie - The toast can also be made into a sandwich too if you prefer. Just add a slice of bread on top and pop into a sandwich maker or toast. You can add a light smothering of butter or mayo to the outside before grilling.Cheese - Use your preferred cheese here. I like to use both cheddar and mozzarella cheese and sometimes red liecester too. Veg - You can add finely chopped veg such as Spring Onions, chopped Peppers or Herbs such as Chives.

As a snack - With some Masala, Cardamom or Ginger Chai.
