Easy Air Fryer Nachos that are ready to eat in 10 minutes! These delicious comforting cheesy Nachos make the perfect snack for movie night. Serve with your favourite toppings - Meat, Veg, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Jalapeños or enjoy them as they are!
Preheat Air Fryer to 180 C/350 F. Set the timer for 5 minutes.
Add half the Nachos to the Air Fryer Basket and top with half the Chilli and Cheese.
Add the remaining Nachos and, Chilli and Cheese.
Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
Top with optional extras and serve immediately.

How to make Chilli for Nachos
If you don't have leftover Chilli and want to make a quick and easy version, I would suggest doing the following:Add Oil to a pot with ground Beef or Lamb and seasonings of choice such as Taco Seasoning or Indian Spices such as Cumin, Coriander, Chilli. Stir until no pink remains.Drain additional liquid, taste, adjust seasoning and cook for another 1 - 2 minutes.
Top tips to make Easy Air Fryer Nachos
Nachos cook really fast and the more flavoured they are, the quicker they tend to brown so keep an eye on them.Leftover Chilli, Veg Chilli, Black Beans and Rotisserie Chicken all work well as toppings.Make sure you overlap the Nachos so they cheese doesn't all drop through and out of the Air Fryer basket.
Storage
Nachos don't store well and can get soggy so it is best to make them just before serving.
Reheating
If you do have leftovers, reheat in the Air Fryer at 160 C for 2 - 3 minutes.Or place under the grill for 1 minute.
