Tips to make this recipe
Chicken
Make sure the Chicken is completely cool before mixing it with the Sauces and remaining ingredients.Use rotisserie chicken for ease or any cooked chicken you like in this recipe. Try Indian Chicken Salad with Avocado Green Chutney Dressing or Buttermilk Roast Chicken.Shred or cut the Chicken to the size you like but don't make the pieces too large.
Wraps
As tempting as it is, don’t add too much filling to the wraps. I can’t tell you the number of times I have done it. The wraps just end up falling apart.
Cook Seam Side Down
Cook seam side down to begin with and hold them or put some weight on top of them.
