Feta and Avocado Salad - Quick, easy and simple. This delicious salad is great on its own, as a side or as a 'bed' for meats, beans or chickpeas.
Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, red onion and parsley in a large bowl.
Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano and seasoning and pour over salad.
Mix through gently and serve immediately.
