- 50 g Icing Sugar
- 200 g Biscoff Melted
- 500 g Mascarpone

- 350 g Biscoff Biscuits You may need more or less depenidng on the size of your dish
Cream Topping
- 150 g Double Cream
- 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
Biscoff Drizzle & Topping
- 3 tbsp Biscoff Melted
- 5 - 6 Biscoff Biscuits Crushed

Layer Biscoff Biscuits on the bottom layer of the dish. I used a 19 x 33 cm/ 7 x 13 inch rectangular dish.
Add half the Mascorpone Cream.
Add another layer of biscuits.
Add the remaining Mascarpone Cream.
Add another layer of biscuits.
