This Mint Aero Traybake/Rocky Road is just so good. It is verrrry easy to make. Simply melt chocolate with butter and golden syrup and combine with crushed Mint Aero chocolate/bubbles and digestive biscuits.

150 g Dark Chocolate Roughly chopped 150 g Milk Chocolate Roughly chopped 125 g Butter 3 tbsp Golden Syrup 100 g Digestives Roughly Crushed 100 g Mint or Plain Oreos Roughly Crushed 150 g Mint Aero Bubbles or Chocolate, Roughly Crushed
Line a 9 inch square baking tin with baking paper.
In a pan over medium low heat, combine chocolate, butter and golden syrup. Heat until melted. Set aside to cool a little.
Stir in the crushed biscuits and aero.
Spread the mixture into the lined tin. Place in the fridge for 2 hours to set before cutting into pieces.
Variations
You can add Marshmallow, Wafers, Pretzels, chopped Nuts, Dry Fruits or flavourings such as mint essence or even some lemon zest to the mix.
Swap the biscuits for any biscuit that you like.
You can use Honey or Maple Syrup in place of Golden Syrup.

Yes! This Mint Aero traybake keeps well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
