Notes

Top tips to make the BEST Ninja Foodi Baked Potato

Course Sea Salt - For crispy skin without accidentally over salting the Potatoes, I use course sea salt. This draws out moisture from the skin but doesn't make the potatoes too salty.
Oil - use an oil with a high smoke point such as Vegetable Oil, Sunflower Oil, Avocado Oil.
Poke holes all over the Potato - This helps steam to escape from the Potatoes.
Make a slit in the Potato - If you like the skins to remain crispy, make a slit in the top of the Potato immediately so the skin remains crisp.

A Delicious Variation

Turn your Baked Potato into a Potato Skins! I LOVE Potato Skins and making them this way is the best way that I have had them.
When the potatoes are done, slice in half and scoop out the inside leaving the skin around the edges.
Mash the Potato with your favourite filling - I like Sour Cream and Chives.Place back into the Potato.
Place back into the Foodi and air fry for a further 10 minutes.

Storage

Jacket Potatoes are best eaten fresh.
However if you happen to change your mind after they are cooked, allow them to cool and place in the fridge within 1 - 2 hours. They will keep for up to 2 days.
