Indian Spiced Chicken Salad - Simple and yummy indian chicken salad!

Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 300 grams Chicken Breast Skinless and cut into slices
  • 1 tbsp Oil Extra Virgin Olive
  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Lemon Juice of
  • Salt and Pepper

Salad

  • Small Handful Cherry Tomatoes Cut in half
  • 1/2 Avocado Sliced
  • 1/4 Red Onion Sliced finely
  • Handful Lettuce Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts Roughly Chopped
  • 2 Eggs Boiled and Chopped into long quarters

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken breast in oil, garlic, cumin, garam masala, red chilli powder, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Set aside for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Heat a pan over high heat and add the chicken, loosely cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until done. 
  • Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. 
  • When the chicken is done, slice into strips and serve with the salad. 

Notes

Adjust garlic quantity if needed!
