Add all the ingredients apart from the chocolate into the bowl of a food processor and pulse till it comes together.
Add the chocolate to the mix and using the palm of your hands, shape the dough into balls.
Place in the fridge to set for an hour.

If you prefer, use dates instead. Pre soak them for an hour and add 1 tsp coconut oil to the mix.
