Toast the oats in a dry pan over low heat for 5 - 10 minutes. (This is optional!). Combine the Oats, half the milk, yoghurt, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sea salt and maple syrup in a small jar and mix using a spoon.
Leave overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, add the remaining milk and apple. I prefer to add the milk and heat for 1 minute in the microwave before adding the apple.
