Red Onion sliced finely

Sumac
Juice of ½ Lemon

Black Pepper

heaped tablespoon Toasted Mixed Sesame/Pumpkin/Sunflower Seeds
Instructions
In a medium, large bowl combine the fennel , rocket leaves and red onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the oil, sumac, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Just before serving add the dressing to the salad leaves and top with toasted mixed seeds.
