1teaspoonCumin Powder
¼teaspoonGaram Masala Powder
½teaspoonRed Chilli Powder
1Lemon Juice of
Salt and Pepper
Salad
SmallHandfulCherry TomatoesCut in half
½AvocadoSliced
¼Red OnionSliced finely
HandfulLettuceChopped
2tablespoonPeanutsRoughly Chopped
2EggsBoiled and Chopped into long quarters
Dressing
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2tablespoonOlive Oil
1teaspoonGround Cumin
Salt to taste
Instructions
Marinate the chicken breast in oil, garlic, cumin, garam masala, red chilli powder, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Set aside for 1 hour or overnight.
Heat a pan over high heat and add the chicken, loosely cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
When the chicken is done, slice into strips and serve with the salad.
Notes
Adjust garlic quantity if needed!The total time does not include marinading time!
