Today's recipe is for The Easiest Nutella Ice Cream. A creamy delicious no churn Ice Cream that takes very little effort to make. What's more? You only need 3 ingredients to make it! This is a recipe that my kids make in the Summer months. This one and this equally delicious Crunchie one which they sometimes add leftover Easter Eggs and Chocolate to in the Spring months.
Pour the Condensed Milk, Double Cream and Nutella into a bowl or a stand mixer. Whisk until the mixture looks like a thick mousse. Around 5 minutes.
Pour into a loaf tin, cover and feeze for 7-8 hours or overnight.
Remove from the freezer and let it stand for a few minutes.
Optional - Serve with chopped Hazlenuts and Chocolate Sauce.

Tips for Making No-Churn Nutella Ice Cream
Whipping the Cream - You can whip the Cream beforehand in this recipe for a lighter ice cream with more volume. If you do skip this part, you will still get Ice Cream but it won't be as airy. It will be lovely and thick though.Make sure you get full fat everything - This isn't the time to get Single Cream. The recipe won't work as well with substitutions. Milk too won't work as well. It does work with a lighter sweetened Condensed Milk.Add Ins - If you do use mix ins, chop them up small as they will freeze quite hard.

This homemade no-churn Nutella ice cream will last for months in the freezer. Make sure the container is covered and sealed tight to avoid freezer burn.
