These 30 delicious and healthy dinner (Iftar) ideas for Ramadan have been gathered with that very idea in mind. A healthy diet during Ramadan will make the rejuvenation process easier.
Ramadan is here and this year looks a little different to all the years before. We are experiencing Ramadan during a period of having to stay indoors to stop the spread of the virus. Communal iftars are not a thing this year. But Alhamdulillah, how blessed does the month feel regardless? We are getting to experience Ramadan differently but it has come with a different type of beauty. Whether that is getting to spend more time with the people in our homes who we may not usually get to see as much, or whether it means that we are getting to spend more time with ourselves and do the inner work that we may usually not have the time to do, it is still a month of joy inshAllah.
