Sunnah Inspired Date, Honey and Black Seed Cereal Bar

These bars have been sat in the bottom of my bag (wrapped in cling film) for the past week. Every day i take half a bar out and consume it really quickly. The fact that these bars have managed to stay fresh and in shape, is testament to their amazingness. You may think it is no big deal but having had and made my fair share of crumbly falling apart cereal bars, I think its pretty awesome. They are especially handy during stressful weeks like the one we have just been through as a family.

  1. The sunnah mentions to the way the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) lived his life, his sayings and teachings. We learn this through the hadith which is a record of these sayings and teachings. Muslims try to implement the sunnah or ways of the prophet into our lives.
